Barack Obama at the 2008 DNC

I’m certain this will be all over the blogosphere today, and I don’t really want to add any of my own thoughts to this currently (but I may in the comments if requested or as an update to this later).

All I want to say for now, is that I am glad that for the first time since I have lived in Virginia, it may actually be a swing state this year, and my vote could potentially help give Obama electoral votes.

For an annotated version of the full text of the speech check out Slate.
