Kevin Garnett is psychotic, but in a good way…

First of all, this post is not really following the general themes most prevalent in my blog, but I always had planned more sports related posts than I have done, so it’s not like I’m going totally away from my original idea of what Rodibidably would become.

I’ve been a big fan of KG’s since he came into the league. Obviously he never played for the Hawks, but he’s still one of those guys you can’t help but like, and be in awe of his talent to some degree.

So despite my dislike of both the Lakers (due primarily to Kobe) and the Celtics (bad memories of Bird smoking the Hawks in the playoffs despite ‘Nique’s best efforts) I was following this series, and rooting for KG.

Now anybody who follows the NBA at all knows already that Garnett is one of the most intense people around, and that winning a championship would be a gigantic thing in his life. But this article on Slate.com shows just how intense he is, and how he literally lost it upon winning game 6.

About Rodibidably

Jeff Randall is a frequent volunteer for free-thought organizations, including the Center For Inquiry – DC. Having been blogging since January 2008, he decided that a community of bloggers would be an interesting new experience (or at the very least a fun way to annoy his friends into reading his posts more frequently). Since finding out about about the existence of, and then joining, the atheist/skeptic community in 2007 he has been committed to community activism, critical thinking in all aspects of life, science, reason, and a fostering a secular society.
